Makeover My Mom

At 61, Marcia is a proud mother and grandmother. She is also a breast cancer survivor. Enduring six surgeries, hair lost, and often fearing death, she still put her loved ones first notes her husband of 40 years.

Now in a much better place, the incredibly selfless and courageous mom has been nominated for a makeover because "she deserves it," says her husband.

Marcia's well-deserved transformation started with hair. Hairstylist Chaz Dean took one look at the blonde mom and determined red was her color. Though a bit shocked by the shade choice, Marcia placed her trust in the pro. After a complete hair color change, receiving lots of layers and some length lopped off, Marcia seemed very satisfied with the results.

Makeup artist Janice Bremec tackled Marcia's brows first -- reshaping them to appear longer and fuller. Next, she smoothed her skin with a foundation to even and balance her complexion and then added a touch of pink blush. By sweeping the blush just under the cheekbones, Bremec created the illusion of lift for a more youthful, healthy glow. On the eyes, she applied soft neutrals and finished with a slight pop of color on her lips.

Fashion stylist and Makeover My Mom host Sam Saboura chose a sophisticated, draped V-neck dress. The "V" helped to slim Marcia's shoulders, and bring the focus and attention to her face.

Marcia's thoughts on the makeover, "I feel beautiful and glamorous."

As for her husband, "You are gorgeous. But you always were."
