Carrie Underwood Channels Britney Spears for 'Today Show' Performance

Are we having a blonde moment or is this a "'Hit Me Baby One More Time" country mashup?

Carrie Underwood performed on the "Today Show" (as part of NBC's summer concert series) at NYC's Rockefeller Center wearing an outfit that took us straight back to Britney Spears circa her bubblegum-pop heyday in the '90s.

The newlywed paired Herringbone Cady Cuff Shorts and a Jabot Career Blouse from Alice + Olivia by Stacey Bendet with a cropped, menswear blazer by Topshop.

Underwood completed her naughty school girl look with a graphic tie, thigh-highs, and Rock & Republic mesh crystal-embellished peep-toe platform booties.

And as if there wasn't enough going on already, the country crooner topped off her eclectic ensemble with a pair of pearl-and-crystal Miriam Haskell tassel earrings.

Hmm...do you need to see a psychiatrist about your seemingly bare feet phobia? There's nothing wrong with sandals showing "bare feet," especially in the spring and summer.
