Katy Perry Gets Girly at MTV World Stage 2010

If you've seen Katy Perry's video for "California Gurls," you know the singer loves to keep things short and sweet.

And this weekend, Perry brought her ultra-girly look to the MTV World Stage 2010 in Malaysia, rocking a white sequined leotard and belted tutu with a high ponytail in front of giant cupcakes, lollipops, and a huge ice cream sundae.

PopEater reports that the 25-year-old future Mrs. Russell Brand debuted her new single, "Peacock," at the show. Watch the video below!
