Is it really necessary to put an add next to a highway of a naked person wearing tennis shoes? Doesn't make me want to buy their shoes but I guarantee that if a loved one of mine is injured because of some imbecile gawking at that billboard there would be hell to pay..... Reebok and anyone else who thinks it's a good idea for more distractions on the highways, I say GROW UP!

I see nothing wrong with this billboard. It doesn't show any female body parts, except maybe her hips. America is the most prudish country in the world! It's time we stop being so provincial, and grow up!

Sadly these idiotic women who pose for these ads have no clue that they are objectifying THEMSELVES.How sad for them!

I saw a billboard in Frankfurt, Germany in the late 80's.
It was a large photo of a nude man on a motorcycle.
I had to circle back since I definitely missed the caption:
'If nothing else, wear your helmet'.

The first comment was an blatant blurb by Reeboc. The whole idea was publicity for the company, including the very well understood conclusion that complaints would be made and loudly, and more shoes would be sold. And the seed.com which puts all these 'news' items for aol knows it.

J.E.B: Did you read the article? This billboard is located in the UK not the USA. The USA has NOTHING to do with this story! I guess you missed that extremely important fact in your haste to post a snotty comment.

That is a skimpy summer outfit but it is just fine. America is definitely hung up on nudity. I lived in Sweden for 14 months. I saw naked people all the time on the beaches. After the third time, you don't even bother to look. Believe me. It is not a big deal. We Americans don't get out much. We don't realize how the rest of the world treats nudity. Travel more, people, and you will change the way you feel about nudity and a lot of other stuff.

Hell, that billboard doesn't show anything.....you can see more skin than that any day in any shopping mall where there are females dressed for summer.

I am American and this is the most uptight country when nudity is involved. Hypocritical I must say, we were all born nude... the Vatican has many NUDES... lets not confuse nudity with pornography!!! Americans are too dumb and too quick to judge, she is beautiful and there is nothing wrong with NUDITY I would like to see more!!! Don't play this moral christian game and lie to yourself, sex does sell we have all been buying it all of our lives....HYPOCRITES!!!!!

I am English and have holidayed in America Driving their Freeways / Motorways.
ANY BILLBOARD advert is a distraction!
If the were NOT then they WOULD NOT be placed where drivers can see then.
Road SAFETY experts should be for getting rid of ALL BILLBOARDS not just this one!
