StyleList's "Outspoken by Fergie" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of AOL Inc., Avon Products, Inc., their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, and any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities") and/or the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee, are not eligible. All U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by AOL Inc., 770 Broadway, New York, NY 10003 ("Sponsor").

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 am ET on August 11, 2010 and ends at 9:00 pm ET on August 12, 2010 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received prior to or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

Entry: During the Entry Period, go to and follow the directions to submit your entry. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. The use of any agencies or automated software to submit entries or subvert the entry process will void all entries submitted by that person/email address.

Drawing: On or about August 12th, the Sponsor will select the name of one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Requirements of the Potential Winner: The potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and except where prohibited by law, a publicity release (the "Affidavit/Release") and IRS W-9 form within a specified time period. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, an alternate entrant may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all entries received, time permitting. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, image, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical material for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor, and its designees, including but not limited to the posting of winner's name or other online announcements, in any and all media, now or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to St. Louis, MO to see The Black Eyed Peas in concert, currently scheduled to take place on August 14, 2010 at the Scottrade Center. Prize includes round-trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major commercial airport nearest the winner's home in the 48 contiguous United States to St. Louis, MO; hotel accommodations for one (1) night (standard room, double occupancy); and ground transportation between airport and hotel and hotel and concert, two (2) tickets to the concert and two (2) passes to a VIP party where winner and guest will have the opportunity to have their picture taken with Fergie. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $1,500. Actual value of the Grand Prize varies depending upon the points of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between the ARV stated in these Official Rules and the actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded.

Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Winner and guest must be able to travel together on dates selected by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. If winner resides within 100 miles of St. Louis, MO, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. The Grand Prize winner's guest must be 18 years of age or older (unless guest is the minor child of winner) and will be required to execute and return a Liability Release/Publicity Release prior to issuance of the travel documents. All costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner, including, without limitation, meals, beverages, taxes, ground transportation not specified above, and gratuities.

All details and other restrictions of prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with another prize of comparable or greater value, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event the concert is cancelled or postponed, the ticket portion of the prizing may be cancelled without substitution or compensation therefor; however, remainder of the prize package (or a substitute prize, as determined by Sponsor) will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Tickets and passes are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner and guest must comply with al venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such prize portion.

General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prize at random from among the nonsuspect, eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the screen name from which the entry is made. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing, typographical or other errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, inaccurate, garbled, delayed, stolen or undeliverable entries or mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Sweepstakes Entities' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Sweepstakes Entities be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the Commonwealth of Virginia. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Virginia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Virginia.
