Jenner, 14, has been stealing a bit of her entrepreneurial half-sisters' penchant for self-promotion and controversy of late.
The young Wilhelmina model and her Kardashian sisters were all a-Twitter recently about her July beach photo shoot with photographer Nick Saglimbini.
Kendall's parents, Kris Kardashian Jenner and Bruce Jenner, told People they approve of their second-youngest child modeling as long as she makes the grade!
"I sat down with her and said If I see school slipping, that's not going to work. You're going to stop until you're out of school," Bruce told the mag.
The former Olympian, who has had fits on the family's reality show when his youngest daughters appeared in heavy makeup, said Kendall has long dreamed of a modeling career.
And since his little looker posted some of her very best grades during the last school year, he gave his blessing. ( So is "A" for "ambitious" or "appalling"?)
Family matriarch Kris told the weekly that she doesn't understand the fuss about Kendall posing in a string bikini as part of her two-day Saglimbini shoot, which included fully clothed poses in age-appropriate couture frocks.
"I grew up in San Diego wearing a bikini my entire life, so I didn't think there was anything wrong with it," mom told the mag. "They're tasteful, she's covered up completely, and they're not provocative. They're just gorgeous shots."
Here's hoping little sis doesn't follow in big sister Kim Kardashian's cougar paw-steps and start posing in flirty pictorials with teen idols.
Then again, Kim's pretend boy toy, 16-year-old Justin Bieber, is actually age appropriate for the young model.
