Open for business Sept. 12-16, the pop-up café will set up shop at various areas in the lobby of Lincoln Center's famed Avery Fisher Hall and serve fashion-inspired dishes created by a host of celebrity chefs including Rick Bayless and Emeril Lagasse.
"Taste is the touchstone of both food and fashion, so Bon Appétit is delighted to bring these like-minded crafts together for a remarkable week of inspiration, entertainment, and fantastic food," Carol Smith, the VP and publishing director of Bon Appétit said in a statement.
The café will serve breakfast in the morning (with goodies from Christina Tosi of Momofuku Milk Bar and others), a grab-and-go selection in the afternoon with delicacies from nine top chefs, and a classed-up wine bar with small plates from Mario Batali's Otto and Daniel Boulud's restaurants at the end of the day until 9pm.
Although the lineup looks great, would it be too much to ask for aspiring jam-maker Kate Moss to set up a tasting table? Pretty please?
