Hilary Swank Flaunts Rock-Hard Abs in Pink Bikini

Million-dollar body, anyone?

Hilary Swank flaunted her famously fit figure in a pink-and-white striped bikini while on vacation in Hawaii with her agent boyfriend John Campisi.

The stripes on the suit created a kind of optical illusion... or was it her rock-hard abs that had us mesmerized?

The actress, who is known for her enviously athletic build, looked relaxed and happy in tropical paradise.

Even more ridiculous is the fact that Swank just celebrated her 36th b-day -- just a few years from joining the ranks of our 40-somethin' cover ladies.

I believe the Muslims have it right. Cover thier women. lol Most of these photos of women in Bikinis is disturbing . lol Unless you are a Perfect 10 please don't flaunt your body. Either your hips are too big or your breasts don't just look right. All the money in the world won't buy you a perfect body. Sadly said.

Yeah, well, enjoy it while you can, sister, because once you have a baby, with the exception of a few freaks of nature, the only way to get rock-hard abs again is with a tummy tuck and air brushing.

I disagree. My high school health teacher once told us that it is the
crunches you do before pregnancy that matter.
For 25 years, I did 25 EVERY night before sleep.
I gained 20 lbs with first pregnancy...and lost 18 in the
hospital. I came home and wore every last piece of
clothing I wore before pregnancy...after six weeks I resumed
the ab workouts...second pregnancy with twins gained
38 lbs and left 35 in the hospital !!

That time, my pants were actually looser on me than before!
LOTS of walking, fresh air and sit-ups and good food choices
my whole life served
me well after the pregnancies.

So many young women today start out with a little pooch
that only gets bigger...and stays.
