Linda Evangelista in Talbots Fall Ad Campaign
Linda Evangelista, the new face of Talbots, shows off her animal instincts in the Fall 2010 ad campaign.
The '90s supermodel embodies the new direction of the revitalized Talbots in the brand's Fall 2010 campaign.
"For me it was always Linda Evangelista," Michael Smaldone, chief creative officer told StyleList.
"She is undeniably one of the true supermodels who changed the face of fashion. It is her timeless and classic beauty that embodies our 'Tradition Transformed' platform."
Evangelista was photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott for two days in early June in a New York City studio.
The images will make their official debut in Talbots store windows later this month, in the company's September catalog, and will also be seen in the September and October issues of Elle, Glamour, InStyle, More, Real Simple, Vogue, and regional publications.
But Talbots love for Linda Evangelista will be short-lived. The company plans to have a new star for spring. (Welcome to the fashion world!)

Ah, the true super models. Evangelista, Turlington not too many left that are still modeling.The super stars are slowly going into business. Good to see her but then agan, she never disappeared from the scene, anyway. There will never be another Suzie Parker.
