Vivian, a 44-year-old mother of three, was nominated for our Makeover My Mom series by her son Cole because she has "crazy hair" and "puts everyone before her." He wants to see her take a day off to relax.

Truth be told, the power mom and loving wife works a full-time job selling home warranties and cares for a 15, 11 and 3-year-old. Translation: zero mom time.

She says she likes to look good, but her current beauty and style routine is driven by speed -- it has to be as quick as possible.

The mission of our transformation team: slow this on-the-go mom down and give her a simple -- not speedy -- routine.



Hairstylist Chris Megia toned down Vivian's blonde locks by adding warm copper and red tones. She cut her hair to chin length and strategically snipped in layers to create volume and add definition to her naturally curly strands.

Makeup artist Jenna Lee took years off Vivian's look by evening her skin tone. Using a lightweight foundation, she smoothed and concealed for a flawless finish. Next, she gave Vivian a soft, smoldering eye (which can be worn day or night) and added a warm bronze to the cheekbones to create contour. To finish, Lee kept the lips soft as to not compete with the eyes.

Fashion stylist and Makeover My Mom host Sam Saboura showed off Vivian's curves in a little black dress with floral details. The cut highlighted her waist and helped to create an hourglass frame.

Post-makeover, Vivian look positively radiant and more importantly, relaxed.
