Janice Dickinson doesn't believe Tyra Banks's apology over the controversial video promoting cycle 15 of "America's Next Top Model," in which the show's host gushes over an alarmingly thin 6'2" model wannabe, report our friends over at PopEater.

Banks issued a statement saying the "ANTM" promo has been "misconstrued" and that she had not seen the clip beforehand because "it is just impossible for me to see everything that's created."

But Dickinson, a former "Top Model" judge, isn't buying it. "[Ex]cuse me, but Tyra is the executive producer of that show," Dickinson told Access Hollywood. "She has her finger on everything. No, I don't believe it."

The outspoken, self-professed "first supermodel" added, "It's her show. She's very controlling. She's the hardest working woman on that show. She has her finger on that pulse -- trust me."

We're not surprised by Dickinson's remarks, considering that she and Banks had a major falling out. Since the very opinionated judge was fired in 2005, the two have yet to reconcile.

"Everything they shoot is intentional. Don't tell me different. I did it for five seasons, " Dickinson argued.

In the original promo, Banks squeals about the catwalker, who claims to have the smallest waist in the world. The model's waist was so tiny that Miss J Alexander could wrap his hands around it.

"There's something about her I like," Banks says in the clip.
