Jessica Alba stunned in a short, shoulder-padded Balmain dress at the Aug. 25 premiere of her new movie "Machete."

The actress made quite an entrance, arriving in a bright orange lowrider convertible.

It didn't hurt that Alba, who was recently identified as having one of the best waist-to-hip ratios, paired the minidress with Christian Louboutin "Tinazata 120" cut-out boots.

Wearing her hair in loose waves and opting for subtle smoky eyes, sculpted cheeks, and bold brows, Alba looked absolutely glowing.

"Machette" hits theaters Sept. 3 and also stars Lindsay Lohan as a gun-licking nun. (Fresh out of rehab, Lohan did not attend the event.)
