Sandra Bullock wore a draped Zero + Maria Cornejo smoke blue foil dress to the Warren Easton Charter High School Health Clinic Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on August 29th.

This summer marks the five year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, and the Oscar-winning actress returned to New Orleans - her adoptive son's birthplace - to help open the medical and dental clinic.

Bullock told the people in attendance that, "We're here to celebrate an anniversary, and though that might be hard for some, I choose to emphasize the word 'celebrate.' Sometimes tragedies bring out the very best in people, and it's one of the reasons why we stand in this school of excellence today."

The star paired her chic dress with a thin black belt, peep toe pumps, and major sunglasses. And her gray nails were right on target for fall.

I would buy something new to wear, ideally (hard to find dresses for me in Virginia Beach) I would purchase a fall dress fairly plain, beige with stylish red shoes and a beige and red bag. Need a make over and a fashion trip would be too too much fun. Thank you
