Oh la la! Katy Perry visited NRJ Radio in Paris, France wearing a très chic ensemble on August 31st.

Known for her outrageous costumes on and off the stage (think tutus, PVC undies, and rubber dresses) the "California Gurls" singer looked ladylike in a belted sweater, knee-length lace skirt, and nude peep toe heels with ankle straps.

As we all know, the Rolling Stone cover girl loves to experiment with hair color and this business trip to Paris was no exception. Perry sported some pink and blue streaks in her hair!
