Twirl is a feminine floral, with a splash of fresh fruit juices. Pink watermelon is mixed with blackberry and red currant, with a layer of orange blossom, star jasmine, tiare flower and sweet magnolia. Musk and a hint of French macaron finishes the scent.
"We believe in celebrations both big and small and when it came time to design our signature scent, we created a fragrance infused with joie de vivre," said Kate Spade creative director Deborah Lloyd.
The bubbly fragrance comes packaged in gold polka dot-sprinkled glass bottle, with ancillaries like a rollerball, body cream, shower gel and a lust-worthy lipstick bursting in bright pink and red wrap.
Items range in price from $18 (for the rollerball) to $80 (for the large 3.4 oz eau de parfum spray.)
Dinner guests Alexis Bledel, Jessica Szohr, Katrina Bowder, Minnie Mortimer and Lonneke Engel -- who is the face of the fragrance campaign -- munched on a traditional French bistro menu featuring steak au poivre in room filled with gold confetti, red streamers and an array of pink and red bouquets.
A band was on hand to provide live music -- because spritzing on fragrance is so much more fun when you have a soundtrack.
Another fragrance that's causing a stir? Jennifer Lopez's newest creation.
