THE SCOOP: Alice + Olivia's Spring 2011 collection is bursting with fun and flirty going out pieces and to complement designer Stacey Bendet's creations, lead makeup artist Romero Jennings wanted the girls to look like beautiful angels. "There's a lot of coral, as well as red in the collection but I didn't want it to match. I wanted to do something that would give it impact," said Jennings. "The power is in the mouth, the eyes are really soft, and the skin is neutral."
Hairstylist Ric Pipino perfected three different styles including a messy chignon, pig-tailed-like chignons, and simple, flowing tendrils that complemented the girls' personalities. Manicurist TracyLee dressed the models digits in custom Minx nails including polka dots, metallic gold, and flowers.

Gather strands and pin into a bun at the top of the head. For the double chignon, repeat the same steps, but fashion two imperfect buns on the sides of the head. The wavy tendrils were achieved by blowing the hair dry, using Smooth Me to tame flyaways, and then using a curling iron to create the waves.
