WHAT WE THOUGHT: Known for decking out the social set in glamorous fur and evening pieces, Dennis Basso created something for everyone this spring, especially if you have a super-special fancy cocktail party on your calendar. The show was filled with beautiful flowy cocktail dresses and gowns in fabrics like taffeta or silk and luxe finishes such as hand-embroidered paillettes, which glistened on the runway. And for those who never considered fur for spring, there were stunning mink boleros and fine-mesh coats accented with sable or chinchilla.
