Brooke Shields Still Fits Into Calvin Klein Jeans From 1980 Ad

Not even 30 years could come between Brooke Shields and her Calvins.

On the Sept. 22 episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," the 45-year-old model turned actress revealed she's still able to slip into the same pair of jeans she sported at age 15 in her controversial Calvin Klein Jeans ad.

"They didn't look pretty," she admitted, "but they fit."

The racy 1980 ad opens with the young Shields whistling "My Darling Clementine" before suggestively declaring, "You want to know what comes between me and my Calvins? Nothing."

Shields told DeGeneres, "That was one of the first times they had sort of smart and provocative television commercials," adding that the promo was originally intended to be played in movie theaters.

The actress's mom, Teri, kept the two pairs of jeans used for the ad, and the star recently donated one pair to the Met for a fashion retrospective. "The other ones," she said, "I tried to pour myself [into]." And? "I got those suckers zipped up!"

Of course, mother-of-two Shields confessed, she didn't quite look perfect in the pants.

"They came up to here!" she said, motioning under her chest. "They were so high. I looked like a sausage in them, but I was going to get them zipped up if it was the last thing I did, so I could say that I fit into them!"

Although I like Brooke Shields, I don't believe it for a minute. After having 2 kids and just the basics of hormones and aging. Please, Klein jeans back then were supertight. No, I don't believe it and kind of angered that she would take her audience as naive(to put it nicely).

Call me crazy, but I think Brooke is sexier than she ever was when she was younger. Whether she can fit the same jeans or not, she is hot. You hags out there saying that you "don't beleive it for a sec" are jealous. Just because your asses are hanging down to the back of your knees doesn't mean every woman has that problem.

There is nothing more beautiful than a middle age pretty woman, and Brooke Shields is the perfect example of that. I agree 100%....Brooke is much more gorgeous than she ever was as a young model.

Brooke is as beautiful as ever...and I may be 49 years old ..and I can fit in my 30 year old jeans...kids don't hurt I have 2 myself

Although, never a huge fan of Brooke Shields, I give her a lot of credit. She over came tons of crap she went through with her looney tunes mom. She also fought severe depression after her first kid was born. Through all her success growing up before the camera, she never (as far as I know) did the whole drug/alcohol abuse scene, had an eating disorder, etc. So, good for you Brooke!
Oh, and......BTW....I've had 5 kids, and still fit into my gorgeous size 6/7 wedding gown! WOOOO HOOOO for me!!!!! However, think I shrunk....was 5 feet 9, now 5 feet 8..and, am 37 (too young to shrink).....hmmmm?

Not just ugly then, ugly now, but NO TALENT then, NO TALENT now in spite of 30 years of acting classes. When is Hollywood going to wake up and realize this empress is not wearing any clothes? She's not a "star" or a "celebrity" of any kind. She's a self-centered narcissist who should be working in a mailroom for minimum wage. And looks like a man in drag. She can't hold a candle to the real star born in 1965, cute, redheaded Plutogirl. Plutogirl is gorgeous, and yes, she can act. And sing. Croon "Ode to Pluto" any time to me, sweetie. And send this Calvin's has been packing, once and for all.
