Talk about killer heels! Mariah Carey has landed herself in a wheelchair after her sky-high footwear caused her to take a spill on stage in Singapore.

The always-fabulous 41-year-old singer -- who in recent weeks has been dodging rumors that she and hubby Nick Cannon, 29, are expecting a baby -- was seen being wheeled through LAX airport on Sept. 28, sparking whispers of concern.

But worry not, says her rep, Cindi Berger.

"Mariah twisted her ankle in Singapore and should have packed more sensible shoes, but she doesn't have any," Berger told E! News of why Carey wasn't walking. "I'm sending her a pair of flats today."

Embarrassing as her onstage wipeout may have been, Carey -- who is set to release a line of butterfly-themed shoes, jewelry, and perfume for HSN -- has managed to maintain a sense of humor about the incident.

"
Yeah several hectic moments, (lol!)but I tried to swirl them into festive!" she tweeted. "Singapore, thanks so much for allowing me to just be who I am &just have fun+connect w/everyone there! Thanks 4 the LOVE!x0x."
