The documentary tells the personal stories of four pregnant women from separate corners of the globe and the complications that are prevalent in pregnancy and childbirth in different parts of the world. The Fall 2010 Louis Vuitton campaign model was honored for her efforts to highlight women's experiences on film last month at the the first annual Women: Inspiration & Enterprise symposium.
