'Harry Potter' Costume Designer Copying Alexander McQueen?

Stills from the upcoming wedding of characters Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour show two homages to famous British designers.
The most obvious is Delacour's dress, worn by actress Clémence Poésy in "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1." It seems very similar to an Alexander McQueen gown with a peacock motif from his Fall 2008 collection.
Jany Temime, the film's French costume designer, has been quoted as saying: "Fleur's dress is made in organza and decorated with a pair of phoenixes that face one another on the bodice and form the silhouette of a heart. I chose the phoenix because, like love, it is eternal."
Fans of the wizardly world created by author J.K. Rowling might recognize the Order of the Phoenix as a secret society committed to thwarting the evil Lord Voldemort. Fans of McQueen, however, might recognize the design as one of his.
(An e-mail to a rep for the late designer, asking if the dress had been used with permission, was not responded to at press time.)
The other design reference in the image is harder to spot. But an eagle-eyed StyleList staffer says that groom Bill Weasley (eldest brother to Harry's pal Ron) "totally stole his hair color from Vivienne Westwood."
