Actress Eva Mendes attended the "Last Night" photocall at the 5th International Rome Film Festival on Oct. 28 in an Oscar de la Renta espresso and white jigsaw print dress.

Paired with sky high Miu Miu heels and natural hair and makeup, the 36-year-old mastered the ladylike look. (Although the former Calvin Klein model has left little to the imagination while posing in past jean campaigns.)

Mendes was playful on the red carpet with fellow actress Keira Knightley, who also opted for towering heels! The two star in a dramatic film about a couple struggling to confront temptation. Knightley's character still longs for a former French love and her husband, played by "Avatar" hunk Sam Worthington, is hung up on a work colleague played by Mendes.
