has been off "Dancing With the Stars
" for over a year, it looks like she's having a hard time letting go of the show's notoriously provocative ensembles.
On Nov. 1, Osbourne
-- who placed third on season 9 of the dancing competition -- came out to celebrate the 200th episode of the series wearing a revealing Marchesa
black cocktail dress that featured appliqué lace-covered cutouts at the neck, sides, and crotch as well as X-shaped chiffon draping on the front and back.

is proud of her once-again svelte figure, we're unsure if this was the way to go about showing it off.

's frock deserve a standing ovation, or should it cha-cha its way back to the "DWTS" costume closet?
