And we thought "Bridezillas" were scary!

The trailer for the new E! reality series "Bridalplasty" is out and it gives us a shocking glimpse at the lengths 12 competing brides will go to for their something new!

Promoted as the only series in which the winner "gets cut," we see a bride whose body-alteration plan includes a brow lift, chin implant, buttocks lift, lip augmentation, liposuction, tooth veneers, dermabrasion, and ear pinning.

Sounds a little bit like Heidi Montag's getting married again, doesn't it?

Actually, on the series, produced by entertainment newscaster and reality star Giuliana Rancic (shame on her!), the brides will duke it out in weekly challenges. The "winners" get rewarded with procedures on their bridal-plastic-surgery registry.

Hosted by Shanna Moakler, "Bridalplasty" premieres on E! on Nov. 28 at 9/8 p.m. C.

What an extreme contrast to TLC's new reality show "Say Yes to the Dress: Big Bliss," in which plus-size brides get ready to walk down the aisle to the tune of self-acceptance.
