Weisberg says Rhonda doesn't need a major cut to transform her look, just a trim in all the right places.

By adding long layers, a soft fringe and sweeping bangs, Rhonda's face instantly brightens up. A blowout and flat iron helps to tame her frizz for a sleek finish.
