Gwyneth Paltrow stopped by "Good Morning America" bright and early to promote her latest flick and discuss her plans for 2011.

While on "GMA," the 38-year-old actress admitted that her iPod is probably the most schizophrenic in the world -- but lately, it appears as though her wardrobe is having a personality crisis! At the "Country Strong" premiere, Paltrow wore a floor-length white dress by Emilio Pucci that elicited wows from the crowd, then at the 2010 CMA Awards, opted for an Atelier Versace gown with daring cutouts.

But the lifestyle blogger didn't let cold NYC weather keep her from showing off her style chops. She wore Balenciaga black leather platform wedges to the taping. Once in the studio, Paltrow revealed she was wearing a bright-red Jenni Kayne Resort 2011 sleeveless dress under her fur-collared coat.

On air, Paltrow divulged she found inspiration in Beyoncé's alter ego, Sasha Fierce, saying, "I was playing a bona fide superstar, and that's what kind of scared me the most... I thought, How am I going to realistically pull this off? So I studied Beyoncé -- how she performs in that amazing confidence that she has."

Meanwhile, you'll never guess which sexpot claims she's "a lot more insecure than people would assume."
