Lindsay Lohan's 6126 label just keeps getting bigger. What started as a line of leggings in 2008 and recently expanded to include handbags and a ready-to-wear collection, is now entering the footwear category for Fall 2011.

For her first foray into shoe design, Lohan looked to the glamour of Old Hollywood as inspiration and gave it a modern twist. The collection will include ballet flats, stilettos, wedges, sling-backs, riding boots and ultra-sexy over-the-knee styles.

"When designing the shoe collection, I wanted to create timeless styles that would complete any outfit, be extremely comfortable and make all women feel confident and glamorous," Lohan said in a statement. "Many of the styles can effortlessly take a woman from day to night."

To ensure form meets function, each of the shoes features an inserted platform to increase the wearer's comfort. Perhaps this was a suggestion from Lohan's mother, who started her own shoe line in late 2009. (Read StyleList's interview with Dina Lohan's about her collection).
