January Jones caught our eye when she stepped onto the red carpet at the 2011 Golden Globes in Los Angeles wearing a revealing red Versace gown. But it was her golden-blond locks, bold brows and glossy red lips that wowed us.

"January's look was all about strength -- there was nothing demure about it," said Chanel Beauté makeup artist Rachel Goodwin. "I wanted to go for a superstrong brow and a high-gloss red lip. Nineties supermodel meets Old Hollywood glamour!"

To perfect Jones' simple yet sexy makeup look, Goodwin prepped her skin with Chanel Sublimage Concentrate and sculpted her cheeks with Chanel Bronzing Makeup Base. Her eyes were brightened up with a wash of Chanel Soft Touch Eyeshadow in Liberty. The makeup artist used the Chanel Perfect Brows palette to create a defined brow, and two coats of Chanel Inimitable Intense Mascara in Noir rounded out the eye makeup. For a fresh and not too retro red pout, Goodwin painted the actress' lips in Chanel Rouge Allure Extrait de Gloss in Excess.
