Dubai is a fashion destination for the international jet set, so when we found out that one of our top photographers, Manjari Sharma, was traveling there on assignment, we jumped at the chance to find out what people are wearing in one of the world's most influential cities.

Sharma's coterie of stylish subjects was as international as they come. Most have been living in Dubai for close to a decade, with their homelands as varied as Tunisia and Kentucky. Interestingly, recognizable Western brands, such as Forever 21, Reiss, and Zara, were well represented, while well-to-do women also carried Hermès as their handbag of choice.
