Norman Jean Roy, exclusively for Vanity Fair

Vanity Fair added men and a touch of diversity to this year's 17th Annual Hollywood Issue cover. Last year, the mag's annual tinseltown spread caused quite a stir by featuring only white women.

This time around the mag, whose goal they said was to feature "the most exciting actors and actresses of the moment", let the boys play too. They also made sure to include two people of color (Anthony Mackie and Rashida Jones) and they can't even be criticized for being age-ist, as they feature a range from 20 to 80.

If someone wants to nit pick the mag this year they will need to focus on claims of size-ism (there aren't any overweight actors on the cover).

Compared to last year's Stepford-esque spread of the young ladies in muted tones in a meadow, this spread practically screams sexy, what with the prominent placement of Olivia Wilde's side-boob and a dashing lion cub on his own bar chair.

All of the faces featured are fairly well-known, save for Swedish actress Noomi Rapace, the original "Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" and "Winter's Bone" star Jennifer Lawrence.

From left to right the cover stars include, Ryan Reynolds, Jake Gyllenhaal, Anne Hathaway, James Franco, Jennifer Lawrence, Anthony Mackie, Olivia Wilde, Jesse Eisenberg, Mila Kunis, Robert Duvall, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Andrew Garfield, Rashida Jones, Garrett Hedlund and Noomi Rapace.

The March issue of Vanity Fair will hit newsstands in New York and Los Angeles on Feb. 3 and nationally on Feb. 8.
