THE SCOOP: For the past seven years, America's top fashion designers and the hottest celebrities have joined forces to fight heart disease with the Heart Truth Red Dress show. So with an eclectic mix of stars and designs, the beauty looks are destined to celebrate individuality.

Taking a modern approach to makeup, Brown reached for Shimmer Lip Glosses and her new Rich Lip Color in sparkling, warm shades of pink and bronze -- with the exception of those stars who dared to go red. Eyes were dressed in a classic smoky eye and skin glowed thanks to luminous bronzers.
Bumble & Bumble stylist Sabrina Michals amped up celebs' strands in chic updos and loose waves to accentuate the bold, red gowns and dresses. And Patricia Yankee, lead manicurist for Dashing Diva, and her team made digits dazzle in shiny red and pink nail polishes.
GET THE LOOK, MAKEUP: All makeup by Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. When wearing a red dress, Brown advises to not go matchy-matchy on lips. Try Kir Sugar Shimmer or Bright Pink lip gloss. Perfect a sexy, smoky eye with the Smoldering Eye Palette. And finish with a dusting of Shimmer Brick Compact, Bronze.
GET THE LOOK, HAIR: All hair products by Bumble & Bumble. For beachy waves, work in Bb.Gel and spritz with Surf Spray. Then use a 1- to 2-inch curling iron to create loose, tousled waves.
For an updo hairstyle, generously apply Spray De Mode to strands before gathering. And set with Thickening and Surf Spray to maintain hold.

GET THE LOOK, NAILS: All nail polish by Dashing Diva. Cut and file nails into a short, rounded shape. Paint on a clear base and top with two coats of Park Avenue Mistress, an opaque red-wine shade. Dry and finish with a topcoat.
For a more subtle and understated manicure, polish nails with a nude-flesh hue like 57th and 5th.
