THE SCOOP: Charlotte Ronson's Fall 2011 collection was heavy on army green, chunky layered knits and military touches. Ronson wanted the focus on the eyes and the makeup to be warm, in keeping with the clothes, so Gilbert chose a faded burgundy. The designer asked Syfu for a hairstyle that mimicked undercuts, and so diagonally braided cornrows were born. The result was definitely not the sexy waves or buns we've seen at many shows thus far.

GET THE LOOK - HAIR: All products by Tresemmé. Syfu prepped the hair with Tresemmé Dry Shampoo and set it with Climate Control Mousse. She created a deep side part that moved diagonally back around the head and sectioned off one side of the hair. The right side was then braided into two cornrows that wound around the head and created a sort of shaved-head look on one side. The other side was wound up in a bun and let loose just before the show started, to reveal bed-heady waves with texture.
GET THE LOOK - NAILS: The OPI team painted the nails with one and a half coats of Simone Sand, a neutral beige shade.
