Halle Berry chose a daring Elie Saab Haute Couture gown on Feb. 22 for the 13th annual Costume Designers Guild Awards.

The Academy Award-winning actress (who also wore a revealing Saab gown to accept her Oscar in 2002) looked red hot in the fanciful frock from Saab's Spring 2011 collection, which features a plunging neckline and cinched waist. The bottom half of the chiffon and lace gown gave a peek of her toned legs underneath.

The 44-year-old was joined by Demi Moore, Claire Danes and host Kristen Davis as Berry received the Lacoste Spotlight Award in recognition of her professional excellence and appreciation of the importance of costume design.

The Reveal Fragrance spokeswoman added diamond drop earrings and a single bangle, pushed up her forearm, to complete her elegant evening look.

Meanwhile, the natural beauty recently sported some implants for a role.
