You go-go, girl!
Reese Witherspoon caught our eye when she sauntered down the Oscars 2011 red carpet rocking a retro ponytail.
With her blond locks pumped up at the crown and falling down onto her shoulders, the 34-year-old actress looked like she just stepped off the set of "Legally Blonde." Or out of a HairDo by Jessica Simpson and Ken Paves ad campaign.
But with her top-lined lids, matte pink lipstick and emerald-and-diamond Neil Lane earrings, Witherspoon adds a modern touch.
Frédéric Fekkai hairstylist Renato Campora channeled the mod spirit of the '60s to perfect this top glamour 'do. He applied Fekkai Coiff Bouffant Lifting & Texturizing Spray Gel and Fekkai Silky Straight Ironless Smooth Finish Serum as a foundation. Then Campora blow-dried Witherspoon's strands with the Fekkai Large Round Brush to create fullness and volume. He divided the hair into two sections and using a 1 and a half-inch curling iron to create movement and volume on the bottom layer. The roots were teased before setting the look with Fekkai Coiff Sheer Hold Hairspray.
