What better reason to shop than for a cause?

Christie's upcoming Green Auction puts drool-worthy, fantastical luxury packages on the block to benefit the environment.

Up for grabs are everything from celebrity dates to five-star travel, but the fashion packages -- singled out on Styleite -- are what really caught our eye: a trip to Paris for a Chanel couture show, a personal style consultation with Diane von Furstenberg and Vogue's Andre Leon Talley, Fendi bags customized by the likes of artists Damien Hirst and Richard Prince, and a chance to hang with Michael Kors and Heidi Klum at the Project Runway season finale, to name a few (whew!). Price tags hover somewhere in the stratosphere, but isn't all the fun in window shopping?

The live auction is being held in conjunction with the one-night event A Bid to Save the Earth, which will also feature the Vogue-sponsored Runway to Green fashion show. The invite-only evening takes place on March 29 in New York's Rockefeller Plaza, but anyone can enter the online auction now through April 7 at Charity Buzz.
