We have the good fortune of reviewing the main Ralph Lauren collection every season, but this year we also got an inside peek to the Lauren Ralph Lauren label when former Senior Fashion Editor Sarah Cristobal narrated the Spring 2011 virtual runway show. The safari-themed show carried the right amount of cross-over appeal to customers who are looking to up the style ante without breaking the bank.

The show included everything from khaki blazers and shirt dresses to boldly striped blanket cardigans and flouncy eveningwear. Accessories were modest but impactful, with models' waists cinched with wide braided belts, and they also were adorned with classic tote bags, chic open-toe sandals, and complementary gold hoops and wooden bangles.
