Need motivation to hit the gym before swim season? Take a look at this gallery of sizzling-hot stars (all over 40!) caught beach-side in their bikinis.

Now, while we're not ones for gratuitous bare-skin gazing, who doesn't like to do a little compare-and-contrast ever so often? Sure, some of the celebrities in these photos are basically paid to look good and some drop mega-bucks on personal trainers, nutritionists and maybe even a cosmetic procedure here or there. But not all of them. No, not all of them.

Not every body in our gallery is "perfect", as in Victoria's-Secret-model-photo-shopped perfect, yet each one looks amazing. We love Stephanie Seymour's bodacious curves and Julianne Moore's well-cared-for, creamy-pale skin (no orange-tinted spray tan for her!) Point is, while these women certainly take good care of themselves, they also clearly know how to play up their unique natural beauty.

So we hope these photos inspire you not just to get your workout on and get fitter, but also to embrace your own natural beauty and rock your bikini body with all you've got.
