The countdown to the final "Oprah Winfrey Show" is on and the media queen is wrapping the season with her biggest and best makeovers yet.

For Winfrey's "Last-Ever Makeover Extravaganza" show, which will air today, she's gathered a dream team of experts, including makeup maven Bobbi Brown, celebrity hairstylist Orlando Pita and fashion designers Michael Kors, Diane Von Furstenberg and Tory Burch. The beauty and fashion pros will transform the looks of four Chicago policewomen.

These lucky ladies are definitely deserving of the special treatment and all the "aha" moments.

Brown says that she's thrilled to be a part of the celebrity dream team for this amazing experience. "It was an honor to work with Michael [Kors] and Orlando [Pita]. In fact, Michael and I worked together years ago on fashion shows, so it was so fun reliving those days and working together again for one of Oprah's last shows."

On the inspiration for the makeovers, Brown adds, "I wanted each of the women we made over to feel glamorous because they really deserved to be pampered, so I channeled a celebrity inspiration for each of them. The transformations were amazing and really emotional. Not only did these women look different on the outside, by they all expressed how confident and powerful they felt as well. They all ended up inspiring me in the end!"

"For all of the women, finding their right foundation formula and shade was an important part of their transformation. My philosophy has always been that skin should look like skin, which is why on Laura I made sure to pick a sheer formula that allowed her freckles to show through. Yellow-toned foundation shades are always going to be the most flattering," says Brown. "To find your shade, swatch the product on both your cheek and forehead. The perfect match should blend seamlessly into your skin. For the most natural looking results, it's also important to take into consideration your skin needs when choosing a foundation."
