Every time Lindsay enters rehab, leaves rehab or is arrested, she seems to have a magazine cover to remember the experience. As Lohan was just released from house arrest this week, Vanity Fair conveniently announced she would grace their September cover. To celebrate La Lohan's 25th birthday today, we decided to take a look back at her evolution.

While her hair may have been every color imaginable (why not just stick with her natural red?), her insistence that she does not do drugs has been consistent. "I don't do drugs. Never have, never will. I don't need to do that stuff to have fun" Lindsay told Rolling Stone in August 2004. In September 2007 told Elle Magazine about being in rehab, "I was glad I went, because I needed to get away from everyone. ... And I learned a lot there." This interview took place only thirty six hours before she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. In October 2010, she told to Vanity Fair: "I've never abused prescription drugs. I never have-never in my life. I have no desire to. That's not who I am."

Oh Lindsay. At least you are entertaining even if we don't believe you. For more hypocritical quotes and LiLo's greatest magazine covers, take a peek in our gallery. Which cover do you like best?
