The Smurfs movie is enjoying quite the high fashion moment, only last month Harper's Bazaar featured Smurfette in an editorial and now, the blue cartoon shines again, this time in sequins on Katy Perry's latest mini dress. The formerly brunette singer, who was banned from "Sesame Street" for wearing a racy bustier, debuted her blonde locks with the offending garment (perhaps to better match Smurfette?) and wore enough eye make up to make even the girliest cartoon character jealous.
