Confession: I went to the Sex & the City Premiere two years ago.The line was four city blocks long, so I gave my tickets to tourists and got sushi instead. Monday's premiere of the sequel, perhaps the most anticipated film of the year, however, was a different story.

Friday, January 29, 2010, Purple Lab made history. We broke the Guinness world record for the largest speed dating event (the record was 250 people, total). The whole premise for the event was to celebrate the launch of Luvah, our new double-plumping, aphrodesiac infused lip product, created as a nod to my journey of 150 dates to find my husband.

In the new year, there will be a new shade of Huge Lips Skinny Hips, a brownish-berry with slightly pink undertones called Goji Berry Smoothie. The shade perfectly matches the exotic superfruit, which I mix in a smoothie with coconut water every morning. It also comes with my secret family recipe, which, I guess, will no longer be a secret once it's out.
