Reese Witherspoon in a Pink Dress: Look for Less

From left, clock wise: ASOS linen tailored pencil dress $53.79, Lands' End Canvas classic sunglasses $39.50, Kenneth Jay Lane hammered disc drop earrings $28, MaxStudio doubleweave wool jacket $148, Pelle Moda "Heat" suede T-strap pumps $145. Photos: bauergriffinonline.com | Courtesy

Reese Witherspoon recently stepped out in NYC wearing a cheery, bright coral sheath dress by The Row. The newlywed actress warmed up the springy piece for the still-frosty weather with an easy-chic fitted black coat, opaque tights and urban-warrior platform heels.

It was a smart look that will transition easily to summer when the mercury rises. If you'd like to try this look yourself but lack the funds for designer duds, check out the pieces below to get Reese's look ... for less!

Design Your Own Shoes (in Just a Few Clicks) with Milk & Honey

Various signature and custom styles available at Milk & Honey. Courtesy photos.

Does it seem like every time you set out to find the perfect pair of shoes it turns out they just don't exist, anywhere? Maybe you've even seen the elusive style in a thousand celebrity shots, but not a single store sells it. Or you know you saw it in basic black last season but now it's only available in a hideous avocado green. Or perhaps you love your closed-toe nude pump and want a peep-toe version to show off your summer pedi but, alas, it just doesn't seem to exist. Well fret no more: Milk & Honey is your answer.

Launched this spring by sisters Illisa and Dorian Howard, the design-your-own site was born out of their frustration at not being able to get exactly what they wanted on their feet. The sisters decided to address the footwear frustration issue by allowing women to create exactly what they want to wear. And shoe malcontents are responding. Even leading ladies have been logging on and ordering up custom styles, including Selena Gomez, Abbie Cornish and Ginnifer Goodwin (whose bright orange platform heel is now available in the signature collection).

The Howards have streamlined the design process into a well-organized series of clicks. Start by choosing a basic style -- pump, flat or sandal -- and take it from there. Milk & Honey offers a dizzying selection of shapes, fabrications, colors and details, so you'll only be limited by your imagination. And maybe your wallet. Check it out here.

Mexique, C'est Chic: What to Get for Cinco de Mayo

Tomorrow is Cinco de Mayo, an excellent reason to celebrate Mexican style (while sipping a margarita, natch).

The colorful holiday is a great way to kick off your summer wardrobe, since these south-of-the-border styles work well for the heat. One of the perfect spring-to-summer transition outfits is a sweet little embroidered cotton top worn over clean-wash, straight-leg jeans and woven leather Huarache sandals. For spring's leftover chill, throw a serape-inspired scarf over your shoulder. And make sure to add a few pieces of silver or brass jewelry. We heart Pamela Love's mystical jewelry collection, which finds inspiration in Aztec lore and Mexican Day-of-the-Dead imagery.

So take a look through our gallery of Baja-chic pieces and gear up for the fiesta.

Angelina Jolie's Timeless Style (Video)

With a distinctly Goth edge to her otherwise classic style, Angelina Jolie has always favored head-to-toe black, both on the red carpet and off. And although the 35-year-old actress employs wardrobe help in the form of celebrity stylist Jen Rade (as well as her partner, Brad Pitt), her outfits clearly start with her own taste. Jolie has a timeless style with a rock-n-roll edge, and always stays true to this look.

There was her memorable 2009 Oscars ensemble – the onyx velvet Elie Saab column with a plunging neckline, accessorized brilliantly with hubcap-sized emerald earrings. And of course her everyday outfit of simple black jeans and tees, always fitted just right and paired with oversized designer shades for running around with Brad and their brood. Jolie generally manages to look put-together and chic in the inky hue.

In her very public role as UN Goodwill Ambassador, Jolie tends toward the classics. That often means simple shift dresses and subdued car coats with cashmere wraps. Her trick here is to lengthen her already mile-high legs with nude pumps.

And the Oscar-winner, frequently seen with a classic Vuitton tote dangling from her shoulder (and, incidentally, recently landed a lucrative gig with the iconic French brand) -- a movie-star-version diaper bag, perhaps?

Check out these and more of Angie's rockin' looks, in the Style File video above!
