"Gossip Girl" star Blake Lively wore a turquoise and white gold butterfly pendant from Van Cleef & Arpels while shooting scenes for the upcoming season. The "Lucky Alhambra" butterfly pendant is a cute way to fancy up Serena's more casual outfits.

Jennifer Meyer
Jennifer Aniston and Cameron Diaz love Jennifer Meyer's thin stackable bangles. Both stars were seen with wrists full of them at various appearances. And those two A-listers aren't Meyer's only fans -- her 18k yellow gold diamond letter necklace has been worn by celebrity moms like Jennifer Garner, Gwen Stefani, Nicole Richie and Salma Hayek, and her 18k yellow gold engraved nameplate necklace has found a home with Kate Hudson and Reese Witherspoon.

Crazy platform shoes like Lady Gaga's simply won't do for Ashley Greene. She chooses more reasonable footgear for the airport, like the classic black Repetto ballet flats she wore during a trip through London's Heathrow airport this summer.

Busy stars have to multitask, and Julianne Moore provides a perfect example. The star took her dog for a walk while tonight her body with FitFlop's Happy Gogh clog -- which features the brand's trademark design to help boost muscle activity while you walk.

Who's That Girl? Mystery Star in Tiger Mask

We wouldn't be surprised to see Madonna, Kate Winslet, or any of esthetician Tracie Martyn's A-list clients walking out of her NYC spa. But we were kinda surprised to see a tiger.

The owner of the animal disguise? It's pop star Ke$ha, who mysteriously donned the mask to exit after her skincare appointment on Tuesday.

Well, that's certainly a creative way to hide any post-facial redness!

The star who loves to shock with her style -- which she famously calls "garbage chic" -- most recently upped the ante with a new gold tooth and some bright blue lipstick.

She's been wearing masks like these on stage during performances, but this is the first time we've seen her break one out in broad daylight.
