Perhaps the most alarming trend concerning men's fashion in 2008 was the abundance of dudes getting ticketed for their clothing choices. Sure sagging looks stupid, but you shouldn't be ticketed for it, or arrested for wearing a Speedo. That's simply unAmerican. Thankfully, the incoming regime promises not to play the role of fashion police.
