A dress like this would be a great addition to any closet. A wrap style is universally flattering (although some women will need a camisole or something underneath to keep from showing too much cleavage), and the bright color keeps it from being just another day dress. The ruffle accent takes it from day to night, so it's the type of dress you could get a LOT of wear from. Definitely worth a splurge.
