Halters CAN work

The halter style is very flattering on your AS LONG AS it provides coverage and support. If it's skimpy at all, or if it gives you side boob, it's not going to be as flattering as it could be. The deep V draws the eye in a vertical line, giving you a slimmer figure (plus it shows off a bit of cleavage!).
