A few years back before All Lacquered Up existed, I bought what looked like a lovely blue sparkler from OPI called Can't You Sea?. Um no, I can't SEA because it's so sheer. Color me let down. Instead of letting all the beautiful glitter and shimmer go to waste, I layer it over my favorite blue crèmes, like Shades by Barielle Swizzle Stick, and I have a totally unique twinkling robin's egg hue.
