#1 The Dress

This dress is so fun on so many levels. The top, with the slight bateau neckline and tiny flutter sleeve will be flattering on anyone who is NOT terribly top heavy. If you are top heavy, opt for a deep v neck with a thick strap, or with a longer sleeve. For someone with a slender build, like Emmy, the ruffle detail going down the front just adds to the fun, flirty factor. The thick black belt is an unexpected contrast to the floaty yellow fabric of the dress, with ups the drama a bit.
