#3 Hair and Makeup

There was a lot of buzz about Kate's eye makeup, but, you know what? We think it's great. Colored eyeliner and shadow is huge this spring, and she took that trend and really played it up. Remember, using colors opposite your eye color will make your eyes really stand out, so try blue for brown eyes, purple for green eyes, etc. And, don't be afraid to get a little crazy with your hair. You don't want it to be too sleek and done -- down and a little messy is great, but a funky updo would be fabulous, too.
