With a dress this full, you'll need a delicate shoe. A sexy peep-toe like this would be great, but a strappy sandal would do the trick as well. Stay away from a clunky, chunky heel, and try to go with some height. Although, if you have seriously sexy legs, you could probably pull off a ballet flat for a less formal occasion.
